In other news, GOP nominee Donald Trump's closing argument in the 2016 election appears to be attacking Beyonce and Jay Z. Good luck with that.

Meanwhile, Cliven Bundy is suing a Democratic congressional candidate for linking two cop killers to him. Those would be the couple who ambushed two cops while they were eating pizza in 2014. They participated in Bundy's standoff.

Finally, is this a casting call for Trump TV?

An unnamed “up-and-coming conservative news network” has put up casting notices for “butler types” and “soap opera actress types."

The network is in search of “dramatic actors for improvised recreations of political events.” It was not immediately clear which recent political events would require a butler or a soap opera actress. [...]

In the casting notice, the butler character is described as “experienced” and “sophisticated,” wearing some kind of suit. The notice calls for “African American,
Caucasian, Hispanic, ethnically ambiguous” actors to audition. The actress character is described as “buxom and attractive.” Additionally, the actress “must be able to convey a range of emotions from excited, to upset, to sexual.” Women auditioning for the role must dress “upscale” in a “form-fitting dress” and heels. “All ethnicities” are invited to audition.

Programming note... I'm not sure what the plan for tomorrow is. I will be voting tomorrow morning but I don't know what if anything I will post during the day. When it's clear who the winner is, I will obviously post that.

    Fuck Cliven Bundy!!!

The casting call makes sense. Conservative politics has been boiling down to just telling Republican voters whatever nonsense they want to hear for decades anyway. If they present as an openly fictional drama it would actually achieve a level honesty Conservative bubble media has possibly never reached.

    Fuck Cliven Bundy!!!

Okay, on the casting call. My first thought was wtf?

But I think I have come up with a plausible scenario. They want actors for “improvised recreations of political events”, right?

I think they are planning to follow the Hillary Clinton presidency. The show will feature a “buxom and attractive” character in a highly placed role in the Hillary Clinton White House who will of course have a torrid affair with the First Gentleman that will be painfully humiliating for Madame President and possibly could destroy her presidency.

The “African American, Caucasian, Hispanic, ethnically ambiguous, “experienced” and “sophisticated,” wearing some kind of suit” butler character of course represents the highest role that President Obama or any “ethnically ambiguous” person should aspire to in the White House. This time around, he will know his place.

The show will be portrayed as an ongoing documentary and the producers will pretend to have access to the innermost goings on in the White House.

So, a fully visualized version of the fake White House that Fox News has already been selling for 8 years.

Can we get Aaron Sorkin involved in this project?
