In other news, former U.S. Rep Beto O'Rourke will be speaking at a counter-protest in El Paso tonight while Trump holds his Klan campaign rally just a few blocks away.

Meanwhile, the Washington Post found a whole town in Costa Rica that owes its economic health to the undocumented workers who've worked for Trump's golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey.

The brightly painted homes that line the road in Santa Teresa de Cajon, many paid for by wages earned 4,000 miles away, are the fruits of a long-running pipeline of illegal workers to the president’s course, one that carried far more than a few unauthorized employees who slipped through the cracks.

Finally, California Governor Gavin Newsom is recalling the National Guard troops that former Governor Jerry Brown deployed to the border at the request of the Trump regime.

"The border 'emergency' is a manufactured crisis," Newsom will say during his State of the State address Tuesday morning, according to advance excerpts provided by his office. "And California will not be part of this political theater."
