In other news, the National Labor Relations Board has ruled that Trump broke the law by refusing to speak to his unionized Vegas hotel employees. The NLRB says the Trump hotel is "operating illegally."

Meanwhile, the man arrested and charged for killing 2 police officers in Iowa this week apparently referred to football players kneeling during the national anthem as "cop haters." What does that make him?

Finally, Republicans in North Carolina have been caught red handed again. Emails obtained through open records requests (not hacking) show how state Republicans did everything they could to suppress voters this year.

When Bill McAnulty, an elections board chairman in a mostly white North Carolina county, agreed in July to open a Sunday voting site where black church members could cast ballots after services, the reaction was swift: he was labeled a traitor by his fellow Republicans.

"I became a villain, quite frankly," recalled McAnulty at a state board of elections meeting in September that had been called to resolve disputes over early voting plans. "I got accused of being a traitor and everything else by the Republican Party," McAnulty said.

Republicans really, really hate it when black people exercise their Constitutional right to vote. Actually, they just hate black people.
