My friends, we have to drill off shore. We have to do it. It's out there and we can do it. And we can do that. The oil executives say within a couple of years we could be seeing results from it. So why not do it?

If all of the drilling took place and yielded maximum resutls, oil prices would drop 3 to 4 cents according to the Natural Resources Defense Council. That's 3 to 4 cents lower than some random potentially higher future number.
Next, McBush will insist that everyone take up smoking because tobacco executives say it's harmless and non-addictive.
