In other news, the Supreme Court has rejected a Republican appeal to reconsider a lower court ruling that struck down gerrymandering in Virginia. The lower court ruling will stand and gerrymandering is dead.
Meanwhile, President Obama has lifted the ban on arms sales to Vietnam which has been in place since the Vietnam war ended 40 years ago.
