This is just precious. In 1986, Charles Keating passed a note to McCain signed "I’m yours till death do us part."
This was before McCain and the other members of The Five allegedly intervened on Keating's behalf while he was being investigated by regulators and while McCain and the others were taking money from him. Keating's Lincoln Savings & Loan eventually collapsed in 1989. The $2 billion government bailout of Lincoln doesn't seem so expensive by today's standards, does it?
