In other news, Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid says he has a plan for forcing a vote to confirm attorney general nominee Loretta Lynch. I have to admit I'm surprised the GOP didn't get rid of Holder as soon as possible by confirming Lynch. They know that's how this works, right?

Meanwhile, Clermont Northeastern Middle School in Batavia, Ohio is in hot water for censoring the t-shirt worn by a girl for class photos that read "feminist" on the front. Adults are terrible.

And finally, if you find yourself in need of a hotel room in Live Oak, Florida, do not stay at the Econo Lodge. It's apparently managed by unhinged racists.

We asked Odum for the reason why the group did not switch to another hotel.

“The bus company put us at this hotel even though we advised them against it. We were advised by the daughter of the owner of the bus company. She said her dad wanted to put us there because that was the most cost effective. And we were looking at what was the most safe. And they didn’t take that into consideration,” he said.

You should not have to fear for your safety because it is “most cost effective” for the provider of your broken down mode of transportation. Expressing a fear for their safety should have been reason enough for them to be able to go elsewhere.

Not to mention that they should not have even had to fear for their safety, in the first place.

What do you mean? Putting people at greater risk because it is more cost effective is the American Way. Why do you hate freedom?

  • Ah, stupid racist business people. They’re about to discover the wrath of the Internet.

Meanwhile, Clermont Northeastern Middle School in Batavia, Ohio is in hot water

    As they should be.

the student asked Principal Kendra Young why the word “FEMINIST” was removed from her shirt in the class photo that was distributed to students, and was told that “the photographer called me and brought it to my attention and I made the decision to black it out because some people might find it offensive

[emphasis in original]Once again: Nobody has a right not to be offended.

Some adults aren’t just terrible . They’re cowards.
