Greg Sargent mentioned this today and it bears repeating: Why do the cable news people continue to regard Rudy Giuliani as a foreign policy expert? He was the mayor of New York. And that's it. No foreign policy experience other than wandering through the rubble on 9/11. Oh, and his repeated use of the word "terrorism" as though he's EVER done anything about it.
