CBS News reports that some Trump bundlers have received calls from their donors asking for their money back following the release of the "grab 'em by the pussy" tape.
A prominent Trump bundler told CBS News that he “could not tell you how many” calls he’s gotten from donors in the course of the last day. After the Washington Post first published the tape, people want their money back, he said. [...]
According to the bundler, donors said they feel betrayed by Trump -- that their efforts have been a waste.
No shit?
Trump has never given a single cent to anyone he was not absolutely legally obligated to give it to. And even in those cases, Trump has fought legal battles to pay as little as possible to people he owes money to.
No donor is going to get their money back from Trump or any Trump-affiliated or Trump-adjacent entity. It's an open question what Trump will attempt to do with leftover funding after the election is over, but I think we can safely say he won't be returning it.
This is literally the price you pay for supporting Trump in the first place. No one remains undamaged after dealing with Trump. Everyone suffers.
