There is a reliable segment of the country that will vote for a Republican nominee no matter what, but for everyone else this should be the end of Donald Trump.
The Washington Post obtained footage from Access Hollywood recorded in 2005 featuring Trump talking about how he tried to "fuck" a married women and grab others "by the pussy."
TRUMP: “I moved on her and I failed. I’ll admit it. I did try and fuck her. She was married. [...] And I moved on her very heavily. In fact, I took her out furniture shopping. She wanted to get some furniture. I said, ‘I’ll show you where they have some nice furniture.’

What Trump described -- his habit of kissing and grabbing women without asking -- is sexual assault. Not coincidentally, Trump has been accused of sexually assaulting multiple women and a child.
It should be noted that Trump was also married to Melania at the time this video was taken. This is the Religious Right's "family values" candidate.
