Meanwhile, Republicans in Michigan found time between Christmas and New Year's to prohibit local governments from passing their own bans on plastic bags. I can't even imagine taking time between the holidays to halt Big Paper in its tracks.
I hope everyone enjoyed the last holiday season we'll ever see or, at the very least, had an opportunity to forget the world for a few minutes and tune out. I was gifted rum, wine, and vodka. The rum is almost gone.
