In other news, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled last night that North Carolina's congressional map is unconstitutional. The court ruled that it violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amend, the First Amendment, and the Election Clause of Article I of the Constitution.

Meanwhile, The Daily Beast reports that National Security Council official Kevin Harrington called for withdrawing American forces from Eastern Europe to please Putin in 2017. Harrington was brought in by Michael Flynn. Coincidence?

Finally, a USA Today review has found that Trump's real-estate company sold $35 million in property to secret buyers in 2017. We won't know who they are until someone with subpoena power goes after this story, and it could be anyone. The buyers could be foreign heads of state for all we know, and that would be unconstitutional.
