You need to pace yourself Bob. You’re still relatively young. Maybe ignore the fucker for a day or two?

  • I think that the reason Trump repeats himself is because he is practicing his lies. He’s telling himself (and the press) a story and the more he repeats it, the more he believes it.

  • I don’t know about you guys but I have outrage fatigue. That being said, seeing Trump’s tweet yesterday that Assange should be in charge of this supposed “cyber-unit” caused me to yell and curse for a bit.

  • Badgerite

“Super impenetrable cyber security unit”? Sounds more like a means to communicate and plan criminal and treasonous activities without that pesky law enforcement and national security stuff getting in the way to me. The ultimate “back channel” that Jared wanted.

Seems like reporters and journalists are shirking their responsibility to “know their sh1t.” If they don’t have the knowledge to call Rump out on his lies, don’t ask the question. Allowing Rump to lie, and lie, and lie without calling him out just furthers the right wing agenda. He must be called out on the spot, in public, on camera.

So, what is treason, again? If our own “president” is going to trash us on foreign soil, how does that work? Didn’t Rump complain that President Obama said things he didn’t like to foreign leaders and nations? Oh, I forgot..hypocrisy doesn’t apply to Repubs. (Miss the guest fanfare..if you don’t like it, find a different one!)
Maybe they don’t want a bombshell accusation released while the president is on foreign soil…I don’t know, I’m reaching, just hoping that there is, in fact, a terrific bombshell accusation. The ethics guy resigned..another huge deal lost in the barrage of fatigue.. You know, this whole thing, if collusion and election tampering are proven, we need to call the last election invalid. I’m not comfortable leaving the Repubs in power after such an inappropriate and improper election, and I think Gorsuch needs to be recalled as well. (Yep..reaching now, but, when are we going to do the correct thing and restore dignity to the office of the presidency and our country?)

Rump was inappropriate on foreign soil because he’s mentally unstable and doesn’t even know where his podium is that he’s speaking from. Remove him from office, and declare the election invalid. Thanks for reiterating Bob that Rump is such a buffoon and has escaped prosecution for his many many crimes. We can get more people to vote, but if the system is rigged for the Repubs we need to solve that immediately.

  • Waiting for that last straw is the hardest thing to do. Just don’t get caught in the “I didn’t know it was so complicated” trap.

I think there’s no way for any Congress Critter to be in such total denial that they’d still be in lockstep with 45* in spite of the obviously shitty things he continues to do. That said, the ones who are still with him are either directly/indirectly complicit or they fear they’ll be presumed to be complicit, so they’re ‘in for a penny, in for a pound’.

But – we’re talking about skullduggery of the highest order here. And we’re talking about a change in the power structure that has the potential to pull the whole thing down into the muck of a full-blown Daddy State no matter what “the good guys” do.

Caution is advised because we don’t need a fix for our Trump problem that ends up accomplishing Putin’s goals anyway.

  • Draxiar

I really wish more Democrats in Congress would rip into trump for all of the lies and tear downs that trump gleefully engages in. For fucks sake they need to defend President Obama from this whiny pumpkinhead. Oh and now the Election meddling that was nonexistent last week is very real this week since he can try to pin it on someone else *eyeroll*. So trump kind of admitted that his “legitimate” presidency is now in question. Way to go Magoo!

  • KanaW

At about 22 minutes in, I almost turned it off. That stupid Camptown Races was way overdone, and became horribly annoying. Sometimes, less is more, Bob!

  • Badgerite

Dear God. Was he just in Poland saying an American version of Deutschland Uber Alles.? What a POS.

  • Badgerite

God, he’s a POS. “Look out”.
I think attacking CNN will only spike their viewership.

  • I can’t stand Birther the Yam’s voice. Bob’s mockery makes it momentarily palatable .

    • katanahamon

Me too..I cringe whenever anyone says ” here’s Rump talking about…”. His voice has utter contempt in it for everyone and everything that isn’t him.

  • Nan Moder

Is “shit” okay. You missed one. About 1:08:00

  • Nan Moder

Woweeee. I’m too old for that abortion deal, but Sign Me Up… you never know!

  • ProudLiberalAlways

You have a good point there——Hacking a single election in only one precinct would have been great practice for the Russians. Maybe they used the Georgia election to see just how much they could do.

  • ProudLiberalAlways

Oh, this is rich——-the freak who has elevated Alex Jones to the world of the real is griping about the dangers of Fake News??? Excuse me for a minute, please, my head is about to explode!!! I’ll be back after it finishes. Pardon me.

  • ProudLiberalAlways

I think the biggest problem with Rump is that there is too much, and the solution is too long coming. Remember, we are an instant gratification society, and this investigation is taking (seemingly) forever!! And Kimberly, you’re right about Pence——he is a dyed-in-the-wool Dominionist. And THAT makes him dangerous! to non-believers, even to not as big a believer as him. Have Bob look up Dominionism. It’s a fascinating read. And a frightening one.
