Trump Monster Junior has now stated that “women who can’t handle harassment don’t belong in the workforce”. Um. How would the Trump Monster Junior know anything about the “workforce”? Since when has he been involved in the “workforce”?

  • LMFAO at the “Fluke Man” reference…..I want a t-shirt with Drumpf’s face and the Fluke Man mouth.

  • Gussie Jives

I’m sorry, is the righteous indignation coming from the same Chez Pazienza who wrote this article about another rape, essentially throwing up his hands because it came down to a “he said, she said” thing and wringing his hands about the poor guy being accused without evidence? http://thedailybanter.com/2016/02/members-can-alleged-columbia-university-rapist-ever-believed/

The same Chez Pazienza who had a snide and dismissive attitude towards a room meant to comfort rape survivors because it had Play-Doh and was called a “safe space”? http://thedailybanter.com/2015/03/the-world-isnt-a-safe-space/

The same Chez Pazienza that went out of his way to half-heartedly defend a victim-blaming article about sexual assault and intoxication? http://thedailybanter.com/2013/10/is-it-wrong-to-tell-women-to-drink-responsibly-to-protect-themselves/

So after years of castigating rape victim advocates and enabling the victim blamers, now all of a sudden the same Chez Pazienza gets some kind of clear moral righteousness because…, why, Donald Trump is obviously grotesque enough for you? He was dumb enough to give away his playbook? He’s on the other side politically? Where’d all that “Most of [the real world] is one big threat and what isn’t simply doesn’t give a damn” talk go? Why doesn’t Donald Trump get the benefit of the doubt you gave Paul Nungesser? After all, he hasn’t been convicted of anything, right?

Uh uh, Chez, you don’t get to be righteously indignant about the topic of sexual assault, not the way you’ve written about it. So can the macho “I’d beat him into a coma if he did that to my daughter” act; you’ve made your real attitude quite clear.

    • 1) There’s plenty of evidence against Trump verified by respected journalists.
      2) He wasn’t talking about actual rape victims, he was talking about students who need safe spaces because their Sociology Professor dared to talk about a something that hurts their feefees
      3) This article was actually pretty balanced and you’re characterizing it all wrong

And finally, you don’t get to decide what Chez can and cannot say he would do in defense of his child. In fact, you don’t get to decide what anyone has to say about anything. Thank goodness.

      • Gussie Jives

        1) It’s a shame that all women don’t have a battery of reporters willing to pursue their stories if their victimizers don’t happen to be running for President. They just have their own words, which are often met with a shrug, if not outright scorn by the very people tasked with investigating crimes. https://www.propublica.org/article/false-rape-accusations-an-unbelievable-story

        2) He was talking about rape victims. Who the heck do you think gets triggered by discussions of rape? The article he’s responding to makes it plain that the woman who set up that area was herself a rape survivor!

        3) Oh, it was “balanced”? A commenter on that very article disagrees, and goes into depth why both it and the article it’s responding to caused offense: http://thedailybanter.com/2013/10/is-it-wrong-to-tell-women-to-drink-responsibly-to-protect-themselves/#comment-1091752862

Chez wants to commit assault in defense of his children, that’s on him. But by that same token, I’m more than in my rights to use his own words to challenge his attitudes towards rape victims.

        • Badgerite

Maybe. But I believe the issue at hand is whether or not we want someone who has publicly bragged about his ability to assault women with impunity backed up by many stories of such occurrences by women who endured them to become the President of the United States. And I think Chez is absolutely correct on his answer to that one. Don’t you?

          • Gussie Jives

I don’t dispute he’s correct in that assessment. What bothers me is his double standard. Why does this get indignant outrage and Emma Sulkowicz gets the hand-wringing article about the justice system and how we can’t just go labelling people like Paul Nungesser without due process?

Has Trump had due process? He hasn’t been charged with a crime. Where’s the hand-wringing article for the orange clown fascist?

          • Gussie Jives

And of course, pointing out what Chez written in the past has the comments swiftly deleted.

            Safe spaces indeed.

With yesterdays rant the Trump Monster left the “deplorables” in the dust and went straight into the “crazies”.
If this is what he truly thinks, then he is certifiable.

  • Badgerite

Recent revelations sort of put into perspective the Trump Monster’s repeatedly asking Hilary Clinton the question, “Where did you find this? Where did you find this?” , during the first debate. According to reports on Digby’s site no one in the Trump Monster campaign was allowed to do the regular forensic vetting of his past so as to give the campaign a heads up as to what oppo research might find. I think trump relied on his version of a gag, the Non Disclosure Agreement that he makes everyone sign even if your only function is to bring him coffee. Not only is he a total perv. He has demonstrated even in his own campaign incredibly bad judgement. Especially so about himself.
“November 28th”. Christ. God save the Republic on NOVEMBER 8.

  • Michael B. Conway

I’ve been an actor for 35 years. I know dressing rooms, and I know that there are two words that everybody in the business understands and honors: “You decent?”

Sure we are all degenerate preverts who love running around nekkid, but we always ask. Always.

    • Badgerite

      Bless you.

  • Aynwrong

God, I just this election to be over and done with. I hope and pray that Trump is pulverized on Nov, 28 08.

I suppose it’s apt that the last vestiges of Rudy Giuilani’s dignity is rotting away and falling off just in time for Halloween.

Let’s not forget, this same “family values” party also went to the mat for Josh Duggar. I’m praying Chez is right and they don’t survive this. They don’t deserve to. It’s high time they paid for their sins. Including the sin of trashing our country!

I voted today..by mail, but still..sure felt good to mark down “straight democratic” on that ballot. I hope Trump is defeated by the largest margin in history.

His followers can go as crazy as they want. If they decide to “take to the streets” they will be proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that they have no idea what democracy is all about, and that they don’t understand the process. I have plenty of faith in our police, national guard and armed forces to maintain order if a few lunatics decide they’ve been cheated. The idea that we, as a democratic society, should be intimidated by “oh no, what if Trump’s supporters aren’t happy” really pisses me off, and makes it seem like America is so unstable that we’re about to have riots because a tin pot wanna be pervy dictator didn’t get his way. I don’t believe it…I think we will defeat this loser, and somehow we will restore some kind of dignity to this whole process.

The most offensive thing, aside from Trump’s actual pervy-ness, is his arrogant, angry taking offense to being accused, like it’s just not possible and “how dare you accuse ME!” 70 years old and I don’t think he’s ever been told “sit down and shut the FUCK UP!!!”

  • +1000 for the Frey Pie reference!!!!

    • Frey Pie, or Titus Andronicus? Either way it was beautiful.

  • Badgerite

Ah. But nobody “advises” the Trump Monster. He has the bestest words. And all.
