Can we stop the charade of Kellyanne Conway being the campaign manager? What campaign manager goes on tv non stop for interviews? Never in history have they done this. Steve Bannon is the campaign mgr and has been since apparently 2015. (I noticed you just now mentioned this too!) She is a fake front man paid to shill for Trump because she’s white, xtian, blonde and more importantly.. female.

She’s no more the campaign mgr than I am.. she’s his on-air apologist..

btw, if you haven’t already.. check out trump.tv and trump.org 🙂

Why is this episode not on Stitcher?

Wouldn’t it be great to see every paper and electronic media outlet have the headline

    “FAILED LOSER!!”

    with a pic of Trump’s face…

Words cannot express how much I want this election to be over.

Polls always wobble around. A couple of points in national poll numbers seems to be normal, and no single poll means a bloody thing. Don’t get happy, but don’t panic, either.

Trump supporters have been sold a bill of goods about the election being “rigged” and a goodly number of them are noisy about being armed. I hope I’m wrong, but there’s the potential for a very dangerous explosion of pent-up hostility and stupidity on the 8th.

    “Doesn’t anybody read?” No.

Bob, the majority of the public is still apathetic, still uninterested, when it comes to politics and government. What you’re seeing online is a self-selected few who aren’t those things, and a lot of them—if what you see what I see—are uninformed.

Bob, that flood-the-airwaves plan is amusing and clever, but Trump supporters won’t believe the audio is real. Now, running that audio is every “tossup” and “leans R” state might make a very small difference (not as small as Donald Trump’s fingers, but small).

Trump has only insulted 282 people, places and things? Is that hexadecimal? Base googol?

What makes “No puppet! No puppet!” so funny is Trump’s sing-song intonation, especially the rise on “pup.” It’s kind of like the start of the Woody Woodpecker laugh:

Troll hard, Bob. Maybe Trump will give you one of his trademark silly nicknames. Maybe he’ll call you “Weak Bob Cesca.”

The next transformational candidate? We’ll know when we see the person and not before (14 years ago, most of us had never heard of Barack Obama).

Joe Biden is perhaps the best retail politician in my lifetime. His style isn’t necessarily—for want of a better word—presidential, but it’s effective.

Hillary Clinton may well be the second-best retail politician, and her style is empathetic and very presidential. How much she learned from Bill Clinton and how much is innate, only she can say.

Kellyanne Conway is watching her reputation swirling away down the pan, thanks to Donald Trump’s indiscipline. Of course she’s peevish. And yes, Trump is going to make her the scapegoat because it couldn’t possibly be his fault that he lost the election, which means she’ll have a hard time climbing onto the wingnut gravy train and may have to gasp! shock! horror! get a real job.

CNN Money reported today that Trump isn’t interested in starting Trump TV:

“No, I have no interest in Trump TV,” Trump said on Cincinnati radio station 700WLW on Tuesday. “I hear it all over the place. I have a tremendous fan base, we have a tremendous base. We have the most incredible people, but I just don’t have any interest in that. I have one interest, that’s on November 8.”

He didn’t say what his interest would be on November 9th, you’ll notice.

Sarah Palin coudln’t get her multimedia career off the ground because it’s is hard work and she’s incapable of that. Trump isn’t capable of hard work, either, but he’s a better con artist than Palin could ever dream of being, so he could hire people to do most of the hard stuff (and he’d stiff them on wages).

If Kellyanne Conway had an ounce of sense, she got paid upfront. Of course if she had an ounce of moral sense she would have never considered working for the bigoted monster of our day.

Great show again! Funny, funny, funny!!!

Actually, Bob, in I believe 2003(?) I heard Dick Cheney on with Tim Russert telling him repeatedly to stop correcting him with “facts”, and Russert reminding Cheney that facts are reality and that is what we must deal with. Then, as surely as I’m sitting here, Cheney said (I’m paraphrasing) Well, Tim, we all know facts have a well-known liberal bias. So in the White House, we have our own reality that we deal with.

I am definitely going to have to buy something from Macy’s now. Will make a point of it.

  • katanahamon

As long as there is Fox, and as long as people like Trump are not immediately called out for their lies, we are in danger of magnifying what is happening on the right. Yes, we must restore dignity, decorum, truth and facts, but failings like moderators not being smart enough to call out lies is a real danger. Without facts there can be no rational discussion based in reality, which is what Trump and company are pushing..propaganda and lies.

  • katanahamon

How are all of Trump’s prosecution worthy items, like the new story about 17 million in insurance fraud for hurricane (non)damage, and the fact that he actually has a fraud trial on the schedule, and all the sexual assaults, AND his horrible debate performances, etc not forcing him to drop out, but actually maintain or increase support? Morally and intellectually this election has shown America is far stupider than we ever thought, unless Hillary absolutely pastes him, which I’m really, really hoping for, because I’d like to have more faith in the American people seeing his awful, terrible lies.

Utter hypocrisy on the right, not only the pro Trumpers but some of the real cowards at the last second saying that they are now suddenly anti Trump when they think they can see Hillary is going to win, somehow this bothers me even more..ugh. Trump is just..so disgusting, so amoral, such a cheat, and his followers are SO STUPID.. I hope the bar for running for president has not been permanently lowered by Palin and Trump…also hopefully Trump will get convicted of fraud thus limiting Trump TV, streaming live from mom’s basement, and limiting the inevitable stream of vituperation he emits after losing. (No, you guys are not propaganda, despite some of the trolls who visit…)

“Normalized”. The Trump Monster is so not normal there are no words.
