GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump defended his violent supporters during last night's Republican primary debate by saying that they're simply passionate individuals.
Trump went further this morning by encouraging them to "hit back."
“He was a guy who was swinging, very loud and he started swinging. And you know what? The audience swung back, and it was very appropriate," Trump said.
"He was swinging, he was hitting people and the audience hit back. That’s what we need a little bit more of.”
It may only be a matter of time before someone is killed at a Trump rally.
Even more concerning may be what could happen when Donald Trump loses. His fanatical supporters will channel their disappointment and anger somewhere.
