Another Judge Orders the Trump Campaign to Reveal Their Poll Watching Operation

Written by SK Ashby

In response to one of the lawsuits filed by Democratic party officials, a federal district judge in Nevada has ordered the Trump campaign and the state GOP to disclose any plans they may have to send trolls to polling precincts.

U.S. District Judge Richard Franklin Boulware also ordered the Trump campaign and state party to turn over any training materials they provided to "poll watchers, poll observers, exit pollsters or any other similarly tasked individuals."

At the hearing, the Trump campaign and the Nevada GOP should be prepared to respond to the motion for a temporary restraining order that the Democrats requested in the lawsuit, the judge's order said.

Judges in several other states have also ordered the Trump campaign, state Republican parties, and the RNC to respond to lawsuits filed by Democratic party officials.

After a judge in New Jersey ordered the RNC to disclose any plans they may have in response to Kellyanne Conway and Mike Pence running their mouths, the RNC filed paperwork insisting that they have nothing to do with Trump's plans, but the matter isn't settled.

A hearing will be held on Friday to determine if the RNC should be held in contempt of court for violating the decades-old consent decree that was slapped on them for intimidating voters. In that event, the consent decree could be extended for another 8 years.

If Republican operatives are actually caught intimidating or harassing voters on election day, I believe the decree will be extended.
