But I'd wager that for every bike rider zig-zagging down a sidewalk, there's at least one walker strolling down the center of a bike lane while talking on his cellphone. Nevertheless, let's start lobbing things at people's heads and going "Grand Theft Auto" on them. That's an excellent solution.
