In other news, Johnson & Johnson’s single-dose coronavirus vaccine is expect to be approved by the FDA tomorrow with the first doses being distributed next week.

Meanwhile, the Daily Beast reports that the Manhattan district attorney’s office is turning their attention toward Donald Trump Jr.

Investigators with the D.A.'s office have been expanding their criminal probe into Trump’s business empire, asking questions and grilling witnesses—as recently as in the past few days—not only about Trump but particularly about his eldest son, Don Jr., and Allen Weisselberg, one of the former president’s most trusted officers, The Daily Beast has learned.

Finally, President Biden has ordered a review of what if any threat there is to national security there in critical supply chains.

If risks are identified in the supply chains for critical sectors, the administration will aim to push those companies to move their suppliers out of countries like China and back to the U.S. mainland or allied nations.

“Resilient supply chains are not the same thing as all products being made in America,” said a second senior official. “That’s not our intention here.”

The Trump regime insisted that supply chains that rely on foreign suppliers are a threat to national security, but they never substantiated that. This appear to be an attempt to actually do that and put the matter to bed one way or the other.
