My favorite signature Steve Lonegan moment is probably that time he said his victory over Cory Booker would compel President Obama to cave on the debt ceiling. Honorable mentions go to the time he said “bring it on” in response to a possible government shutdown.
Of course there’s also that time he blamed the shutdown, which he welcomed (“bring it on”), for his defeat.
