Many municipalities in Texas have no zoning bylaws whatsoever. None!
This includes Houston which is approimately the 4th largest city in the USA.
In Texas, you can actually build a dynamite factory next to a primary school…..because of “freedom”!
These are the same assholes who regularly talk about leaving the union and voted against disaster assistance to the victims of Hurricane Sandy.
