Oh, Dr. Bill. Did you think that being a shameless greedy lawbreaker would help you get elected to the highest office in the land? Sorry. If you'd dodged the draft, skipped out on your National Guard duty, got picked up for DWI, snorted lots of coke, and had a history of failed businesses -- then maybe he'd be in shape to become the POTUS.
