For Pete’s Sake, Wilbur Ross Can’t Have Immigrants

During his confirmation hearing this morning, commerce secretary nominee Wilbur Ross revealed that he has no qualms about employing undocumented labor.

That is, unless, he's nominated for office.

Ross admitted that he fired at least one of his undocumented workers after he was nominated by Trump.

“When I was getting ready for this hearing I wanted to recheck all our present and former employees,” Ross said, adding that all but one of about a dozen workers provided the right documentation.

“This one employee was unable to and therefore was terminated,” Ross said. The entire process happened in the last month.

Given the preponderance of billionaires nominated to serve in the Trump regime, I necessarily assume most if not all of them have employed or currently employ undocumented workers. That includes Donald "They're Rapists" Trump himself.

They're all hypocrites.

If we were discussing a D nominee for Commerce Secretary, this would be the biggest scandal in the history of scandalous scandals. Because it’s an R, I expect Wilbur Ross to be confirmed quickly, with a minimum of fuss and bother.

Fascinating, isn’t it, that every Washington double standard works to the benefit of Rs?

So a person who was working for a living just had his or her life and the lives of their family turned upside down because Trump wants to put this guy in charge of…..commerce. I will never forgive the God damned voters who made this happen.

Wilbur Ross sounds like a character from a bad 50s sitcom.

Is this the smarmy little weasel that yammered on and on during the rnc about how wonderfully honest trump was and how he had never lied and how honest he was and how he had never broken his word and how honest he was and how he had never screwed anyone over and how honest he was?
