Former Benghazi Investigator Files Lawsuit Against Benghazi Committee

The hits keep coming for the Select Solyndra IRS Committee to Investigate the Benghazi ACORN Birth Certificate.

First the committee greatly increased the chances that Hillary Clinton will be the next president and now a former committee investigator has followed through on his threat to sue the committee and chairman Trey Gowdy.

Former Benghazi Committee staffer Bradley F. Podliska filed his lawsuit last week in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Podliska is requesting a jury trial to examine his claims of unlawful termination and defamation. The lawsuit claims the committee violated his rights under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994, which prohibits discrimination against someone based on their military service, and the Congressional Accountability Act.

Among other things, Podliska claims he faced retaliation from the committee and its chairman because he questioned the validity of the Hillary Clinton witch hunt and because he declared his intention to file a lawsuit.

There's no doubt in my mind that he did and his request for a jury trial suggests to me that he is very confident.

When all is said and done, the first person to commit a crime in relation to Benghazi may be the chairman of the committee tasked with finding the smoking gun.
