Fricking Interpol?

The latest news in the Lance Armstrong doping investigation isn't very shocking. The French have piled on. Big deal. The French have been stalking Armstrong for years.

But this jumped off the screen:

Interpol, the international police agency, is acting as an intermediary between the U.S. and French officials.

I mean, seriously, can you imagine being trailed and targeted by investigative agencies in two different nations with fricking Interpol -- Interpol! -- added to the mix?

My admiration for Armstrong has waned significantly since he blocked me on Twitter (??), but sheesh. This is getting to be way over-the-top. If only there was this much diligence when it comes to prosecuting the Bushies for torture.
