On second thought, I actually don't mind the notion of Glenn Beck as McCarthy and the tea party as a modern-day Salem. They don't realize (or mind) that McCarthy and the witch hunts are ugly stains on American history. Next up -- Glenn Beck suggesting that we ought to conduct experiments on immigrants and minorities with syphilis.
