While Senator Mitch McConnell, who is still the minority leader, says there will be no government shutdown, the rest of the Republican party hasn’t made up its mind yet.
Fortunately, Fox News has made it very easy for us to see who is promoting a shutdown as they have begun keeping a list.

There are several names that don’t appear here, the most obvious of which are Ted Cruz and Louie Gohmert, but it’s a good start.
Congress will not vote on a government funding bill this week before they leave town for the Thanksgiving holiday, meaning when they return from the holiday they will only have about a week to pass a bill.
I would ask if the Republican party is concerned about shutting the government just before Christmas, but they already won the election. What do they have to lose? You have to have shame to be ashamed.
