The U.S. Coast Guard has begun investigating reports of "an oily substance and tarballs" in three locations in the Florida Keys, according to a Web post on the Web site set up to update the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
Well, the "oily substance" could be residue from all the middle aged margarita-slurping parrotheads. POW!
