I've been receiving multiple reports, including from my wife, that one or more of the banner ads that runs on the blog has been attacking computers with a trojan horse. The most likely culprit is the Vundo trojan embedded into what's called a "remnant ad." I'm fairly certain it's the virus that wiped out my wife's computer a week ago, and just this morning, it attempted to do it again, but her anti-virus software seems to have stopped it (though we won't be sure until we do a thorough scan).
If you've been infected by this thing, I can't apologize enough. I'm very, very sorry.
Until we can pin down which ad is causing this, I've disabled the two prime suspects -- the banners at the top and on the left column of the blog.
