Judge Orders the RNC to Detail Their Poll Watching Operation by Tonight

Written by SK Ashby

Democratic party officials filed lawsuits against the RNC and Trump campaign in four states yesterday to halt whatever voter intimidation schemes they may have cooked up for election day.

U.S. District Court Judge John Vazquez has now ordered the RNC to reveal any plans they may have by the end of business today.

The order also instructs the RNC to explain by 5 p.m. Tuesday what Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway and GOP vice presidential nominee Mike Pence were talking about in recent comments when they said that Trump's campaign was working closely with the RNC to make sure there is no fraud at the polls.

The Trump campaign's penchant for running their mouths may have landed the RNC in hot water.

The RNC has been under a consent decree for 30 years for intimidating voters in the 1980s. It never expired.
