Why won’t the liberal media give David Duke, a former Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan, a “fair shake?”
Fox News host Bill O’Reilly invited Duke onto his show last night and the interview transpired exactly how you might imagine.
O’Reilly granted Duke’s point that the mainstream media is “sympathetic for the left.”
“You don’t care about the mass media, you know they despise you, and you’re not gonna get a fair shake from them,” O’Reilly said.
“The left” in this case appears to be people who won’t invite Grand Wizards onto their show; people who aren’t fair and balanced like Fox News is.
O’Reilly said this after Duke protested that the media never accurately portrayed Nelson Mandela as a communist; after Duke compared himself to Nelson Mandela except, you know, for white people who aren’t actually oppressed.
“I’m not a white supremacist at all, in fact the European-American Unity and Rights Organization (EURO) was a charted civil rights organization,” Duke said, adding that he fought the “racial discrimination” of affirmative action while serving in Louisiana’s state legislature.
“I am not a crook” he continued.
