In other news, the law Governor Bobby Jindal sought to invoke in the name of saving four statues of Confederate figures apparently doesn't exist.

The hope that Gov. Bobby Jindal might invoke a state “Heritage Act” to keep the four controversial public monuments in New Orleans in place may be a lost cause. Though Jindal’s administration pledged Thursday to research the law and its possible applicability to the statue controversy, it turns out Louisiana doesn’t have such a law.


Meanwhile, Fox News host Greta Van Susteren is very sorry for saying Chris Christie hugged President Obama, because hugging the president of the United States is just a terrible thing to acuse someone of.

And finally, Jeb Bush won't rule out the use of torture in the next Bush administration. Gotta keep the family business alive.
