The cable news world baffles me. Content aside, I still can't get over the fact that, for example, Chris Matthews earns $5 million a year to host the last place show in its timeslot. There's something grotesquely unfair that the TV host who is consistently last earns more than most of us will in a lifetime.
In a related story, CNN was so desperate to get rid of Lou Dobbs, they paid him $8 million to walk away.
Again, millions of dollars for FAIL.
