As I've been watching the terrorist attacks unfold, the one thing that keeps racing through my mind, in addition to the tragedy of it all, is the shaky India-Pakistan relationship. Both have nuclear weapons, and if this thing escalates, the events of the last two days will seem quaint in comparison.
