Co-host Brian Kilmeade complained that the possibility of a lengthy process could mean "we're not going to get to kill this guy, are we?" Elisabeth Hasselbeck argued, "Where's the justice" if Tsarnaev can challenge the jury's verdict
He may be a monster, but Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is still a U.S. citizen. He's entitled to the same rights as Kilmeade and Hasselbeck.
