The totally random interjection of military references, 150-degree weather forecasts, descriptions of "merciless" rivers -- just outstanding oratory (merciless rivers?). I also loved all the stuff about government regulating and controlling private industry, and how she supported a system for spreading the oil wealth around while also insisting that she's against the "enslavement" of big government. Very confusing, contradictory and nonsensical of her.
