Election 2012

Pitching A Solution for a Problem That Was Already Solved

The whole discussion over Romney and his thoughts about the Detroit bailouts is a perfect example of Republican duplicity, cynicism and opposite-day nonsense.

Once again yesterday, Mitt Romney tried to thread a ridiculous needle by criticizing the auto bailout and suggesting that he wouldn't have given the auto-makers any government money.

He's counting on the idea that way too many Americans are unaware that the bailouts were massively successful. It all worked perfectly and the auto-makers are more successful than at any other time in recent history.

But Romney disagrees with the successful solution. Why? Because idiot Republican voters don't know that it was already solved. So here's his solution to the problem that was wildly successful without him.

Does your brain hurt yet?
