What could possibly be weird or biased about that? Yep, turns out the oyster problem is everyone's fault except the oil companies.
By the way, the API is still making videos like this. Plus, API lobbyists get to be on cable news shows all the time -- you know, so its lobbying efforts become "news" in the same way its propaganda used to be "science."
