Thanks to the So-Called Fiscal Hawks

Yet another strong argument in favor of a Medicare-plus-5 or Medicare for all healthcare bill.

The House-approved healthcare overhaul would raise the costs of healthcare by $289 billion over the next 10 years, according to an analysis by the chief actuary at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Of course this is significantly less than costs without reform, but apparently the Blue Dogs and conservadems don't mind costs continuing to go up. Add that to their opposition to more robust deficit reduction and their "fiscal hawk" status completely falls apart. I'm looking at you Lieberman.
