The Trump family's fake charity foundation has been effectively shuttered after being exposed for engaging in illegal self-dealing, but the Trump Foundation is still defending itself in court against those accusations.

Trump family lawyers are arguing in court that New York's lawsuit against the Trump Foundation should be dismissed before going to trial because blah blah blah Hillary Clinton.
