Sarah Palin

The First Amendment

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Contrary to what Sarah Palin believes, there's nothing here that prohibits the public from being outraged by a talk radio host.

I would love to hear from one Republican big enough to admit that their vice presidential candidate from 2008 and likely presidential nominee in 2012 doesn't understand the First Amendment. Just one.

More about this on today's Bob & Elvis Show, and from Glenn Greenwald.
