I linked to this Bush was Right video about a week ago, but I wanted to circle back to mention these lyrics:

Economy is on the rise
Kickin' into overdrive
Angry liberals can't believe
It's because of W's policies

Unemployment's staying down
Democrats are wonderin' how
Revenue is goin' up
Can you say "tax cuts"?

While I'm still wondering whether these guys are a clever meta-satire of the far-right, there was a time when the Right Brothers were representative of conventional wisdom. The rest of us were just "angry liberal haters." Four years later, I'd like someone to track down these hooples and ask them who was right.
