Good news from Chevy. Josh Marshall reports:
Coming on strong sales in March, the Chevy Volt is going back into production a week early. This is part of today's strong sales report for the Big Three US automakers and another part of the equation in the on-going debate over the wisdom of the US government rescue in 2008 and 2009.
Maybe this is the way it happens -- with false starts and a lot of tenacity. Now they need to start making an affordable EV and hybrid.
