Here we see President Eisenhower cheerfully drinking with Soviet Presidium member Frol Kozlov in 1959. It's a good thing we weren't mortal enemies with the Soviets at that time. If we were, I'm sure the Soviets would've been planning to put nuclear missiles in Cuba and to arm the North Vietnamese. Eisenhower and Kozlov were overheard toasting, "Good times!"
