Why Hasn't Obama Fixed Everything Yet?

Are you hearing it? That familiar Democratic griping and hand-wringing we heard ad nauseum in early September. "Obama needs to [insert frantic unsolicited advice here] or else we're all doomed!" The latest:

"He's got to remedy that situation. He's going to have to be more assertive than he's been," demanded [Congressman Barney] Frank.

And...

"The Obama team has to step up," Sen. Christopher Dodd, chairman of the Senate Banking Committee and one of the lead negotiators, said Nov. 21 in Hartford, Conn.

"It would be very helpful if the president-elect would become more involved in resolving the issue over the source of the funds," [Senator Carl Levin] said.
