  • Kids these days will reject Facebook and Twitter at the very least because its something their parents use. That is enough, but I’m sure its not the only reason young people like Bob’s niece have.

NDA’s can’t be enforced for illegal activity, first, and another first, the White House is public service..how can a president enforce Jack shit?

  • katanahamon

Thanks for the Bernie reminder..he’s busy saying Russia is a “distraction.” Just..stop fighting against us Bernie..people crowing over a million watched him, big f’ing deal. 65 million more and then we will talk. (Wrote that at the beginning before you even talked about it…) Take as a lesson the anti abortion Dem defeating the progressive candidate. Bob..plain guaifenesin..take it. Avoid ibuprofen and acetaminophen..they’re proven immune system downers. Rump has plenty of “shiny objects” wrong with him and his family, but media refuses to cover them. You know, as Buzz said..overwhelming. I always suspected America had its seedy underbelly, it’s just that I didn’t think it was so omnipresent and celebrated.

Michael Moore supported Ralph Nader in 2000. How’d that work out for him? Oh yeah. Not very well.
    And….
    “The NRA USES CAMBRIDGE ANALYTICA”
Of course, they do. Bad actors with money are their preferred clientele.

  • Badgerite

Private business interests, in their never ending war on government and its restraint of their exploitation of everyone else, have found a new weapon. It used to be advertising. Now, it is the internet and data mining. This goes on regardless of what the NSA does and it is a potent weapon for sale to the highest bidder. And the highest bidder is more often than not a corrupt bad actor. Like Putin. It looks as if Cambridge Analytica was looking for bad actors as clients all around the globe. I have always like Michael Moore’s books and his films but this is not something that can be ignored. It is global and it will affect the world we live in unless addressed by governments the world over. Ours not the least of those.

Amen, brother Badge. You brought your “A” game with the above comment. Yours is a cogent postscript for today’s show. Your comment, as well as Bob & Buzz, have refocused, for me, the utter depth and magnitude of the Trump Crime Syndicate’s tentacles. I thank you for your service.

Thanks. I am concerned to say the least. To me, the piece of mind that democracy brings is knowing that the rule of law is respected by your government and your society. And the rule of law is embodied in the US Constitution and especially the Bill of Rights. That is being undermined now and that is seriously troubling. At least it is to me.

        • Ziggy Blue

Preach, brother. The “disinfectant of sunshine” comment was perfect. Remove the shadows. Now.

Ted Olsen is a conservative. But he was also on the team that argued against Proposition 8 and took that all the way to the Supreme Court and won. Olsen and David Boise teamed up on that one.
Olsen turned trump down. He is not representing him. I am glad to hear it. He is better than that.

  • As a former law enforcement officer who has known some FBI agents, I have to tell you the McCabe thing REALLY pisses me off. Can you imagine the 20+ years of sacrifices McCabe made to get to that level in the FBI? The retirement is the LEAST of what McCabe is owed. And to have someone like Trump, a lazy ignorant shitgibbon, take that away from him at the last minute based on a rushed IG case? I KNOW people who work in IG’s and their investigations take years…not a couple months. It’s utter horsecrap.

Cambridge Anal fired their CEO. Too little too late. Send them all to jail and throw away the key. And honestly, why are we surprised that Trump cheated….has he or his family ever done anything above board?

Pence in Leathers?!?!?! And speaking of people playing a role, how about Graham? CNN is playing up his statement that firing Mueller will be the beginning of the end for Trump, when it’s very obvious that if the GOP was going to do anything they would have done it by now. When and if Trump fires Mueller, they’ll make up some excuse and cover for him all the way to the figurative execution.

Just an update…Olson is NOT now joining the Trump team. Sounds like some people in the GOP are not jumping on the suicide ship.

    • Badgerite

In Defense of the Shitgibbon and all god’s creatures great and small. I would consider what you said about trump and insult to the shitgibbon. What has the shitgibbon done to deserve being lumped in with the likes of that POS?

      • Fair enough! Even single celled organisms are better than Trump.
